That's official TBC talents. That's what I based my layouts on.

There are obviously a few differences since some talents doesn't exist anymore or were heavily modified etc but it's close enough.

Balance is tough. It wouldn't be that bad if I didn't have so much else to do with this project. Constantly finding things that shouldn't be there that I have to update. I mean, I use vmangos and cmangos-tbc to compare and it's not that hard to do a comparison and tune the damage based on the results.

you are right, on vanilla an elite mob easily kill you if you are not in party, world are dangerous you are weak
on wotlk you transforms into death touch machine

Yeah, a vanilla elite at the same level as you would completely own you - I would compare it to trying to kill a level 25 elite while you're level 15 (or 14) in wotlk.

Yeah, no joke. It's easy enough to start off, just nerf all damage (and healing) players do and tune specific spells etc as it's needed
