if u mean patches as 3.0 3.1 3.2 etc u cant....server and game are 3.3.5a and thats it and u can either disable certain content or recreate those patches however u like

as far as i know even wotlk classic is highest patch they didnt recreate original patches and common approach is just disabling raids and quests
