With https://github.com/azerothcore/azerothco...pull/16832 it would be but I'm curious what they actually meant by scalable. It is, as you said, not scalable as-is.

Was only spitballing, have no solutions. Only been using this project for the past 24 hours after 10+ years away and having used mangoes before that. Might not even touch it, only time permitting. The crux of why though, is because I have friends that play Warcraft, who constantly tell me they want to get into IT (and I’m trying to find a way to entice them to see how cloud works, provisioning, templating, languages, etc). That’s all. As far as scalable, redundant, I was specifically talking only the databases which we all know is an easy button in the cloud. Didn’t expect so many responses, lol. Simply impressed with the project, hoping to find a few people here that have already done some of this and maybe we can put our heads together, if it’s even worth it.

The main issue is the emulator is very monolithic and doesn't really scale well

For database specifically, you can cluster it relatively easily, either as a galera cluster or something like NDB
