I wouldn't know, when I tried it at first you could create a local account regardless but then I tried it maybe 6 months later and you have to unplug it to do so.

I had nothing but issues regardless of what PC I used. Instability in games, crashes, bsod (from having access to a LAN lol) and being locked out of doing things I'm used to doing. I also love how they changed the naming of policies to throw people off. Disabling telemetry etc via policies I mean. It's still there, just placed in different folders and named differently.

If they got rid of stupid things like having to click "Show more options" (which you can change via registry but you shouldn't have to) and let me go back to a different start menu because I think the W11 one is horrid, and frankly the performance in certain situations would be improved (depending on CPU and GPU used it can be unstable) I would give it another try but neither of that is happening so eh.
