okay cool! I have HeidiSQL! This is just my first time using it so Im unsure of a lot of the terminology and such.
The second step I think makes sense, just go into the WoW folder in file explore and in WoW/Data/ create a new file called Patch-A.MPQ? Im unsure the process of updating the DBC files from there to the server, unless its the same thing?

I have it logged in and have explored a bit of the interface of HeidiSQL, trying to get a grasp on it lol

ARAC has the patch-A.MPQ in it already (https://github.com/heyitsbench/mod-arac/...atch-A.MPQ), you'd just copy that into your game's Data folder.
As for the server part, you'd take the contents of the patch-contents/DBFilesClient folder and drag them into your server's Data directory, that's gonna be where you stuck the wowgaming/client-data download during install

In order to run that query, you'd go to the File submenu at the top ribbon of the window and hit Run SQL File or whatever it's called

Then you'd just make your way to the query file and select it and it'll apply

Make sure you're targetting the world DB though

In the left sidebar you just click on the `acore_world` listing and it'll target that for queries

I really do need to make that query auto-run though
