if you're using docker, you can (and should) just use environment vars

if you peep the docker-compose.yml there's a few in there, you can just add on to them.
"DataDir" -> "AC_DATA_DIR"
"foo.bar" -> "AC_FOO_BAR"
FooBar.FooBar" -> "AC_FOO_BAR_FOO_BAR"
