youd have to modify the creature_loot_template database

this is the name in your databse editor of choice. in the entry column you select the lootID of the creature you want to add the item to, the lootID is typicall the same as the creatures ID but doublecheck if it doesnt work, the lootID can be found increature_template database shown in the second screenshot.

second column is what item you want it to drop denoted with its itemID such as "1" for martin fury.

third column is the reference to a item pool where it is found in, i dont know how that works so leave it as a zero.

fourth column is the % chance to drop (so the number 40 = 40% chance and the number 0.1 = 0.1% chance to drop)

quest required should be left at 0 unless you want it to only drop when a player has a specific quest

lootmode leave it at 1

groupID leave it at 1

the two columns after is variance of items dropped. between the first and second column of items can drop in this case

last column is a comment to explain what you added (for example the third image)

so you can just make a simple script to programmatically add a new row for each creatures lootID with say (lootID, [item number], 0, 100, 0, 1, 0, 1, 1, test)
so itd look something like

INSERT INTO creature_loot_template (Entry, Item, Reference, Chance, QueatRquired, LootMode, GroupId, MinCount, MaxCount, Comment)
Values (VariableCreatureID[i], '37401', '0', '1', '0', '1', '1', 'Red sword of curage for creatureID')

and loop this query for each valid creatures lootID and i variable here would be the loop iterator of a array with all lootIDs that you queried earlier
