That's just silly. Sure, I have a few modules that are private but not for something so stupid as charging money for it - I just don't have the energy or time to maintain it and clean it up and deal with the possibility of people having issues etc etc.

I still maintain it to a certain degree so I want full access to it myself. It's kind of like a "not ready for release" state.
