if your server is using a private IP address and you want it to be externally available, you must do port porwarding (NAT) on your router

I did it likewise, the bad thing is that I open the port when I look at the web, see the open port, it is closed for that reason, it does not let me enter the server, is there another way to open the ports that are not a router, it is a VPS where the servers are hosted, since it is a firewall It's open, it's like it's not there
