It's about quest **item 40600**, from a **quest 12815** ( No Fly Zone ).
Should the mobs which were killed with this mount have loot?
We're facing case when people grind mobs using this mount and looting them in masse. Is this normal Blizzlike behavior or should be considered as a bug?
