originally we forwarded the 8085 in firewall and in the modem settings. then we found out that 8085 is isp blocked. thats why we changed it to another port

heidisql btw has a tendency to not implement things unless you click away from the box a couple of times. it will show a red arrow if the query hasn't been put through
