i think its something other because SPELL_AURA_OBS_MOD_HEALTH id 20 use a lots of spells

dig back into commits for any sql files that create/modify that table. the project is forked from TrinityCore and that table could be 10+ years old at this point. the naming convention could have been picked by a single person randomly
