well when u equip item with haste u will attack faster so yes and i checked that it is being ran with old and new value so if u have 100 haste and u unequip that item it will run with 100 and then 0 but that first call is inverted so it will return it to value which it would have without 100 haste and then update it using 0 haste

So if you apply a mod and then apply another one it gets reset to what it "should" have without the mod?

I think I'm getting confused by looking at the code and I apologize for possibly confusing you too. Part of the code tells me it removes any previous mod and adds another one, another part of the code tells me it ADDS and SUBTRACTS from it. Um.

it seems like its reset bcs of not knowing base cast time but isnt that strange ? its not like different classes would have different base cast times

It should still know the base cast time so it's strange no matter how you look at it.

i dont rly know where in cast time calculation process this happens so it might be simply necessity of unknowning if its in middle

Just so I can try to fully understand what's happening. You say if they have 0 haste and you give them haste in the code it still acts as if it has 0 haste?
