Do installation requirements only apply to the machine you are compiling w/? Cause i am compiling on home PC but hosting Database and server on a dedicated machine

it assumes u compile on machine where u run it so if u dont want to install unnecesarry tools u will have to find out which is needed where urself

just install everything everywhere it doesnt matter (unless it would conflict with ur other projects)
