nope, but if you edit a header that is included in many files, you are going to recompile all of those files

but if you f.ex just edit go_scripts.cpp, it will only rebuild that file

My AMD 3700X completed in 187 seconds with no cache and these flags `-DWITH_WARNINGS=1 -DTOOLS_BUILD=none -DSCRIPTS=static -DMODULES=dynamic -DCMAKE_C_COMPILER=clang -DCMAKE_CXX_COMPILER=clang++`

You shouldn't do anything on the computer at all when it's building if you want it to go faster since it uses basically whole CPU I think

More like 2 to 900 minutes. Seen plenty of users who say it took over 2.5 hours to do a full compile. Gotta cover all eventualities.
