yes both ports are open and listening. (Ive tried to recunfigure the world server and the auth server to other ports, thinking about port conflict, and same thing was present)

for some reason i cant ping my domain, neither my own public ip. I think the icmp is just blocked or dunno

Try command ipconfig in cmd if there is not ip from www.myip.com you dont really have “public public ip”
