You can also do `-j $(nproc)` to use all available cores. That's good for multiple systems instead of having to look the core amount up every time.

That's actually wrong. `make install -j $(nproc)` would build the source and install it right after. I know Rymercyble mentioned it but I felt the need to point it out to make the point strong enough.
