If it uses the value from the gossip menu, I guess. If you use gossips created in the c++ script that's different. It feels like it was once fully c++ but someone moved the gossip part to the DB without making the proper adjustments.

but i cant understand, DB table premium its not a code, but gdb debugger getting code error which has been missing for a long time in core, strange

yeah the db table itself just being there probably isnt a huge problem, more for organization/proper clean up
