tmux basically does the same as screen, the issue I described is inherent to systemd

i have yet to do this on my server so take it with a grain of salt but this would be ideal state imo. Enable telnet in worldserver.conf (`Ra.Enable`) and limit access to localhost. then completely remove screen/tmux from the equation and directly start the world server via systemd as you would any other binary. there are probably some extra params that can help but the main thing is to make sure the correct kill signal is sent so the world server saves before shutdown with systemd

i strongly dislike the default documentation of having it run through screen plus a homegrown service management script but it definitely functions

so if you need console access, you can `telnet localhost 3443` and then start and stop the service with `systemctl start/stop azerothcore-worldserver.service`

you would ssh to the ACore server then run telnet from there. that's mostly just done as a security precaution
