Alternatively you could just set up a other VM with a stack set up exactly the same so you don't have to worry about multiple realms on the same machine

I change the port roughly once a month to avoid port scanners and 8085 is a constant for me.

If the realm is showing up on the realmlist but you can't connect to it, the realmlist table is wrong or the port isn't open or a firewall is blocking it.
