Did you get this figured out? If you're using metrics on your server, then influxdb uses 8086 as I recall. I skip this port on my configs for this reason.

It work's, but not if the account has higher then 0 account level

i make another user account it works but it wont accept the user name on other realm it will log in but it wont continue im compiling same version now let see how it goes

There's probably an equivalent on windows but you shouldn't be using windows anyway
