You add 16 to `npcflag` in `creature_template` if it isn't there already

If it's just a trainer, a `npcflag` of 17 should be sufficient.

Actually, 16 is sufficient if it's *just* a trainer, +1 allows you to open a gossip window.

You can look at already existing trainers or use `.lookup spell <name>` to find one if you don't want that many of them I guess.
