Make a NPC with the faction of 35 (friendly to all) and add spells in npc_trainer but make sure to give the NPC the trainer flag

Seems like a lot has changed in 11 months! I have a bit of catch up to do. i'm anxious to pick back up on the guildhouse mod and work on my secret hunting server WIP
