Update times isn't network latency. It's the duration of 1 Update cycle in the core being calculated. All character movements, all spells, all creature AI, respawns, everything. It is supposed to happen 10x a second.

it could still be CPU or other hardware issues too. you'll need to get the update diff time when you're seeing lag
