Wow. Database is completely unaffected by the source code. You could try restarting the server to see if it causes a reset, you could try using .respawn on it, you could try resetting the instance.

What I have tried: Restart acore.sh - didn't help. We left instance, and we unbound ourselves - didn't help. What is the command for restarting whole instance?

I guess if restarting worldserver doesn't help and resetting the instance (.instance unbind) doesn't either, I would just wipe the world database and let it populate it again. I've never run into an issue like this so I don't know the ideal solution. Not sure why it would break but oh well.
