wowhead more for existing effects/spells, but yeah requires good knowledge of Wow although google search still can help with that too

this is a pretty solid way but requires a a bit of technical knowledge i suppose, and still a bit tedious.
Imagine if a chat AI could automate this stuff

Hello, I need some advise. I want to add to every guard in the big cities something to the gossip_menu in the DB. for example I have the transmog_mod running and I want to add the npc-location to every guard in the city, so player can ask.
What is the better approach? Change the database or program a server-side script with Eluna?
For the db approach I have to add at least for every guard in each city at least 4 entries to 4 different tables (npc_text, broadcast_text, gossip_menu, gossip_menu_option).
What is here the best practise that later with an update not everything is gone?
