Does Spell description numbers have an impact other than spell in-game description? I'm trying to edit this formula but have trouble finding it in the spell effects' pages

you don't need a github application all you need is git. navigate to where you want to put the cloned files and do a "git clone" on the url of the repository you want to download. So much easier than fiddling with GUIs
