Also, enabling it means you can cast through which is blizzlike behavior while disabled you can't

Yeah it's backwards from what I expected, but 1 == blizzlike, 0 == not which I suppose makes sense

You might be able to look at how the bg config option does it and apply it to all maps

In fact, if you couldn't cast through them in vanilla (which I will find out soon enough) I'm going to have to look into doing it myself
