when i installed clean ubuntu in VM and only thing i did was installing AC it was working as u <@234784691608092682> think but in my actual OS its not....i had to install 12 and also specified to compile with 14

Thanks Roboto, so cmake won't work unless it's root, but the cmake output is going to root not to soap (user)
