git doesnt care what remotu u have it cares about its internal history

.git would be a part of the original repository, wouldn't it? If you download the AC repo and straight up copy all the files it wouldn't include .git.

so while that path is ignored the file in it is not bcs it was added before it was added to gitignore which means that only way u can achieve it to stop tracking it is to either delete that file and create it again or delete .git hidden folder

Remove it from gitignore and either add it back after commiting the file or just leave it off is really the way to get rid of it. Well, you could remove the stupid customscripts feature.
