but i dont understand how it could happen if u clone repo and u just remove remote and add ur own and push it to ur remote everything (including gitignore) will be same anyway so he must have changed it somehow

If I'm working on something more secretly I tend to just merge from GitHub to my local GitLab instance (and I can merge from master too) but that's only when I don't want anyone to accidentally find my work and complain to me about issues.

Personal choice is just the way i like to do things. If i decide to add a hook for modules i can still easily make a pr on a different repo. Anyway the problem only arises because of the gitignore ``` /src/server/scripts/Custom/* ``` so custom_script_loader.cpp isnt pushed.
