I'm using ZhengPeiRu21's pre-compiled build, so I'm not running a GM accout, as its not recommended, as for the worldserver.exe, I enter the .modify hp command, but it says "command does nto exist"

Sorry it doesn't work from console (I only just tested it) I don't have any knowledge about ZhengPeiRu21's pre-compiled build either.

I guess this only applies to Vanilla and TBC, since there is no option for Wotlk.

By default it's nerfing players HP, but you can set it to something like 2.0 and you will have double hp.
