I haven't had any issues with it being bad but I just never thought I'd be one of those sending links to someone and figured it needed a warning just because. I did download it from that ownedcore link a long time ago so I know it's the same file.

I guess you could edit these spells and remove the "outdoor only" flag. I haven't messed much with dbc editing.
