thats just matter of creating PR but nobody ever does that since its not crucial for any1 after they are done with installation and u also need to dedicate some time to do it

That's the same reasoning as not contributing back core fixes. And certainly not a good one. The last thing anyone should do is to discourage contributing.

i wouldnt say its same and im not discouraging im just stating reality.....u could rewrite installation guide i could do that any1 could do that but its so low on every1 priority list that its just not happening

if u are working on core and u fix something there is no reason to not submit PR but to update wiki its not something u will come across while managing server
