There are 2 things here
The first case is that one phase of the npc does not work, this means that it does not cause a problem
But the second case is a problem, the npc is broken or something is done that crashes the server
I think there is more of the first case
And the second case less

its pretty save to say that wotlk raids especially ulduar are not correct meaning that there is no boss which wouldnt need correction
