depends how u setup and to setup it such that it has no performance hit is quite hard

Thanks, I'll give it a go. Looks extremely possible that it's the issue as it's set to 10 minutes and that lines up with when I'm seeing the kicks.

it would be simpler to just be on windows and have server in linux VM....u can have it also in windows but personally i wouldnt prefer it
