The command itself does not have an error, but when applied, it gives an error like the picture above

You can't say that the command doesn't exist or that the command is broken. There's an issue with certain skills not being transferred correctly and it's not like you're using the source from Blizzard - bugs exist. Hell even in Blizzards source I guarantee you there's a ton of bugs.
