not that im aware of, i used default account stuff in mysql?( i think it was the root stuff)

By default, there is a Windows firewall. Windows Defender Firewall.

I don't normally tell people to turn off their firewall, but you can test turning off the firewall to see if that resolves the issue, then you know you need to add an exception in Windows to allow the port for WoW to pass through.
