I havnt say for sure which commit or series of commit is to blame. But its something i been looking into the past 2 weeks

I tried some "optimization" attempts, such as pretty much all my dbcs prs and batch processing pr on my local, saw little improvement but not enough. However i want to think warden may have a play in it, but then again, the delay and desync isnt significantly reduced when warden is disabled

Does anyone know where I can find where to limit a quest-giver to only allowing 1 daily per day? I re-enabled the daily dungeon quests on Archmage Timear, but he is presenting all 4 of the dailies instead of 1 per day.
