The authserver/worldserver seems to close instantly after opening. I moved the stuff in another folder. Do they have to be in the "RelWithDebInfo" folder?

You conf files need to be in the original config folder where they were created.

If you start the worldserver in a cmd it will display errors.

Does that mean I cannot have multiple versions of my server unless I build the solution into multiple places?

when I launch my worldserver.exe it goes fine without a hitch and then I get hit by this at the end?
I am unable to find which module is causing this.
