There are a few errors…there’s a bunch of noc_trainer contains an entry for a non-existing spell and there’s also script named npc_conversing_with_the_depths_trigger is not assigned in the database

I think if they are disabled it will always be invisible.

Set ChallengeModes.Enable = 1 in your config, and it should resolve the issue

I did do that I think unless I did it wrong. I copied challenge_modes_conf.dust and made a copy called challenge_modes.conf and set that parameter to 1 in there. So Challenges.Enable = 1

It seems like it is not reading that config. Are you sure it is in the right location?

You can also change it in the dist directly. I think the current recommendation is to rename the .conf.dist file to just .conf, rather than keeping both to avoid confusion.
