I don't think it's due to a code issue. The binary seems like it's working properly but just can't find the config files. They should be in the configs/modules folder relative to where you are running the binary - is your actual server .exe file that you are running located in RelWithDebInfo? My meaning is, you have not moved worldserver.exe to another location?
