Anyone in here that knows how I could go about changing the starter gear on characters?

I just made all races able to use all classes and it works perfectly, but the classes starts naked without anything.

How would I fix that?
I have tried using Taliis DBC Editor, then opened the file "charstartoutfit.dbc" but its just a bunch of rows with only zero and I cant change anything in them.
Next I tried to go into my DB and change something in the "charstarteroutfit_dbc" table, but its just empty, so I tried adding it myself but it sadly doesnt work.

How should I go about doing this?

Is there a way with gm commands to copy and paste npcs while in game? Or do I have to do that some other way
