It sounds like you are not entering the correct username and password for your account. Did you create an account on your local server with the username and password you are using?

I created it in world, and I checked in HeidiSQL to see if I can see it

It may be that you are using an invalid character in your username or password. Try creating an account with a simple username and password like name test and password 1, to see if that resolves the issue.
