I am lookin at the code right now in blizzard_talentUI and i see it takes the info from the TalentFramebase.lua - which i edited to max talentabs being 4 before.

as far as I can see, changing MAX_TALENT_TABS should have done it, everything is linked to it - yet it doesnt
