Okay, I noticed that Pyroblast is only affected in this way if ".learn all my spells" is used. I tested it on a new character.

It still doesn't explain why it appears to have a 5 second cast time.

Nope. But it seems to occur if you use ".learn all my spells" and then relog

learn all commands are wrong they dont include everything and it also learns spells which u shouldnt have
