Anybody have any idea if it's possible to make a custom inn easily without scripting? Like are Hearthstones tied to location or the innkeeper for example? Could I perhaps delete innkeeper and add them in another location and would the inn work there?

it takes less than 5 minutes to find that out, `.npc info` on an innkeeper, note down the npc's entry, go somewhere else, `.npc add temp <entry>`

patch file doesnt have to be compatible with latest version its only natural that ppl needs to keep their code up to date so if u did everything right it could be this reason....it would be probably simpler to use their branch than to try to apply patch file
