relwithdebinfo is used on wiki in windows section and it is used at this place also in linux section and again name of it doesnt matter only considerable thing is that only build is in git ignore which means that any other can cause issues when updating code

I have never ever seen, in any emulator, it doing anything but place binaries in <source>/bin (based on set prefix) because the type of compile has no effect on the folder where the binaries are placed.

It works only with players? I'm testing as administrator and I can still level up to 21, 22 ...
I have the bracket 1-19 activated and the sql loaded correctly.
