So I updated source today and after compile/install I got the mariadb version is too old error. I searched back through this channel and read all the chatter from a couple days ago. My mariadb was indeed 10.3. So, since this is Ubuntu 20.04 that’s the newest you can get from the standard dist repos, but I added the mariadb apt repo and installed it from there so now I’m on 10.5. I’ve done make clean, deleted/recreated build folder, ran cmake again, recompiled and installed and I’m still getting the seg fault for mariadb being too old. What am I doing wrong?

Some library didn’t update correctly which is pretty common when you update/install packages manually
