If you remove the .dist and change the mandatory config flags, like db user, there should be no warnings at all.

But with the full dist file converted to .conf, you'll have a value for every possible conf option anyway without relying on defaults.

I'll share my little shell script when I'm done and it's working. I've been *fried* today - didn't sleep well last night - so I needed something to work on, so decided to work on automating my (not Ubuntu based) AC deployment. I was going to use Ansible, but I fancied a bit of old-skoool SysAd work. It's terrible lol
